Healthy Chicken/Turkey Wrap

One day when I was trying to make lunch to take to work and I had a bunch of random things. So I threw them together and made a delicious little wrap that’s really easy to make! Also, its healthy yay!

Ingredients:
1 Whole wheat tortilla
1/4 to 1/2 avocado depending on how much you like avocado
Lettuce (I prefer the spring mix)
Chicken or turkey meat (I used leftover chicken from my slow cooker chicken recipe)
Cilantro (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
On a plate cut avocado in half and scoop out onto the whole wheat tortilla. Add salt and pepper and mash and spread with a fork all around the tortilla. Add lettuce, chicken/turkey, and cilantro. Roll it up and enjoy.
