Overnight Oats Recipe

Sometimes mornings can be just chaotic right? You wake up late and then rush around like a crazy person! I tend to do this even when I don’t wake up late. Well, they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So here is a breakfast you prep at night and is ready in the morning! All you need to do is grab a spoon and enjoy!

Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of old fashion oats
1 Tbs chia seeds
3/4 cup milk or milk alternative (I use almond milk)
1/2 Tbs of honey
1/2 Tbs of cinnamon
1/2-1 tsp of vanilla extract
Top with fruit (optional) I do this is the morning but you could also do this at night.

Directions: Stir ingredients together and place covered in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Add fruit in the morning if desired and enjoy!

Isn’t that one of the easiest breakfasts? Its really healthy and can get you out of a breakfast rut! What are you having for breakfast?
