110-12 ozFrozen mixed vegetables
1-2CupsShredded pre-cooked chicken
2CupsPrecooked frozen rice
HandfulChopped fresh parsley or 1 Tbs dried parsley - it's better with fresh though
1/2TbsItalian seasoning
1.5TspGarlic powder
