Slice up some bananas and place on cookie sheet. Then slice small strawberries into circular slices and place on top. Stick a popsicle stick into the strawberries and bananas and freeze for at least 30 minute.
While the bananas and strawberries are freezing make the magic shell by mixing coconut oil, coco powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
Take strawberries and bananas out of the freezer and dip them into the magic shell. I like to dip, let the chocolate harden, and dip them again. Depending on how thick the chocolate coat is going on I might do it up to 3 times. Dip in coconut or nuts if desired.
Place in freezer for at least 2 hours. After they are completely frozen stick them in a zip lock bag in the freezer and enjoy later!
