Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese I used Kerry Gold Skiig - just throw a bunch of cheese in there, but don't use pre-shredded cheese - it's full of fillers.
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Rinse and drain black beans. Place beans in a pot over medium heat. Stir in salsa, cumin, cheese, and salt and mix until cheese has melted and beans are hot. Serve and enjoy.
