  • 1 can light coconut milk 13.5 oz
  • 1 banana the riper the better
  • 2 cups pineapple heaping
  • 2 tsp honey 1-3 tsp per taste preferace
  • any extra add-ins see above

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in a blender.
