DIY Foot Soak
Easy, DIY foot soak made with a few simple ingredients to help relax and soften feet.
Epsom salts, baking soda, and flowers are combined to make this the best soothing recipe.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Epsom salts - Baking soda - Flowers or herbs - Essential oils
In a bowl, add Epsom salts and baking soda.
Sprinkle in dried herbs and flowers. I like lavender, roses, and chamomile. They are easy to find, and all are very calming and good for the skin.
Add in 5–10 drops of your favorite essential oils, such as lavender, spearmint, orange, etc.
Mix together and store until ready to use.
Add warm water to a bath or foot tub.
