Super Easy Homemade Eggnog – The Best Recipe

This super easy eggnog recipe is a creamy and delicious drink that is perfect for the holidays.

It takes just a few minutes to whip up and is naturally sweetened with maple syrup or honey.


- Half & half - Whole milk - Honey - Eggs - Vanilla extract - Nutmeg

In a blender, add milk, half and half, eggs, honey or maple syrup, salt, vanilla, and nutmeg..


Blend until smooth and creamy.


Pour the egg milk mixture into a small pot.


Over medium-low heat, heat the eggnog, whisking frequently, until it reaches 160 degrees.  You can also use pasteurized eggs and skip the heating process.


Serve warm or transfer to a large lidded jar (I like to use a 1/2 gallon mason jar) and cool in the fridge.
