Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kombucha homemade or store bought
  • 3/4-1 cup blackberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 peach ripe could also use frozen pitted and sliced with skin on
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Rinse fruit with water, shake off excess water, and pit and slice peach. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy your super healthy smoothie!
