Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon
  • 2 tbs honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbs lemon or lime juice

Instructions

  1. Chop of watermelon.

  2. Place in the blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until hard.

  4. Remove from mold and enjoy

Recipe Notes

If you wanted to mix this up, you could swap out 1/2 cup of the watermelon for strawberries. Yum.
