Instructions
Take out blackberries to start thawing. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, add chia seeds and milk of choice. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
When chia seeds and milk have become a thick gel, add a banana and smash it with a fork until there are very few banana chunks left.
Add in vanilla, a dash of salt, coconut sugar, almond butter, vanilla protein powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
Mix in oatmeal and almond meal. It will be the consistency of a really thick cookie dough batter.
Then, add semi-thawed or fresh blackberries.
Spoon cookie dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheet and spread out into small circles using the back of the spoon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until they start to turn golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
