To Use:
Add warm water to a bath or foot tub.
Pour a few scoopfuls of the herbal foot soak into the warm water and allow to dissolve.
To help remove dead skin, you can also add a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the water soak mixture.
Place feet into the warm water soak and allow the salts and herbs to work for 20-30 minutes.
After soaking, it's a great time to use a pumice stone and a foot scrub to make your feet incredibly soft.
Dry feet and apply your favorite moisturizer.
Notes
You can use any combination of your favorite essential oils. Chamomile, lavender, wild orange, and eucalyptus are great to help you relax. A drop or two of peppermint or spearmint can add an invigorating scent and help achy feet.
