  • 1 cup mango frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 handfuls kale fresh (or spinach)
  • 1-2 tbs honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can coconut milk light or full fat will work


  • Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.


If you are celiac or gluten intolerant, always make sure to use certified gluten free oats as oats are often processed on the same equipment as wheat.
