Quick, easy, and refreshing watermelon popsicles are a healthy treat perfect for summer.

  • Blender
  • Popsicle mold


  • 4 cups watermelon
  • 2 tbs honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbs lemon or lime juice


  • Chop of watermelon.
  • Place in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until hard.
  • Remove from mold and enjoy


If you wanted to mix this up, you could swap out 1/2 cup of the watermelon for strawberries. Yum.
