Instructions
Wash and remove the stems from the strawberries. Pat dry.
Mash the strawberries with a fork until mostly smooth. You can leave a few small pieces for texture if desired.
Add the softened butter, mashed strawberries, and honey or sugar to a mixing bowl.
Beat with a hand mixer, stand mixer, or food processor until light, fluffy, and fully combined.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
