Instructions
Add the softened butter and honey to a stand mixer bowl.
Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add cinnamon and beat until well incorporated.
Taste and add a little more honey or cinnamon if desired.
Transfer to a serving dish or airtight container.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Make sure your stick of butter is fully softened before mixing.
Whip the butter for an extra minute if you want it especially light and fluffy.
