Peanut Butter Fudge Pops (DF and Vegan)

There is a heat advisory here is southern Illinois and it has gotten up to around 110 degrees here. Basically its freaking hot! This ice cold chocolaty peanut buttery popsicle can really hit the spot!

Peanut Butter Fudge Pops!
1 and a half large ripe bananas
3/4-1 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
2.5 Tbs coco powder
3 Tbs peanut butter
Optional: a little sweetener

Directions: In a blender, blend ingredients together. Taste to see if its sweet enough for you and if not add a little sweetener of choose (stevia, sugar, agave, etc), mix, and then pour into molds. Depending on the temperature of  your freezer freeze pops for at least 4 hours (my freezer is crazy cold) to 8 hours. Enjoy on a hot day or when your craving chocolate peanut buttery goodness.

  1. Oh my gosh, this looks delicious! And I think my kids would love it! I often make “chocolate pudding” with avocados and cocoa powder with a little honey or maple syrup for sweetener. We had ice cream for dinner last night. That’s allowed, right?

  2. These sound awesome! I’ve been thinking I need to get some popsicle molds and make my own. This looks like the perfect recipe!
