Easter is right around the corner… isn’t it always? It’s one of those holidays that always sneaks up on you. But not this year. I’m ahead of the game. Sometimes – not often – I have those moments of getting things together ahead of time.
When searching for Easter ideas, everything had to do with bunnies and eggs. Good grief. I want to make sure we are celebrating the real reason behind Easter! Jesus! Although the Easter bunny doesn’t stop at our house, we still do Easter baskets (God likes to give good gifts to his children, too) and egg hunts, because we want to have fun and make fun family memories! So, I thought I would share with you some fun and biblical Easter ideas for kids.
Real quick, let’s be clear… I’m not bashing anyone for doing the Easter bunny thing. It is just something we decided we didn’t want to do. If you do it, great! If not, you’re cool, too. We celebrate motherhood and parenting here. It ain’t easy, folks.
