Well, friends, I’m always looking for some new Whole30 meal ideas. I’m not going to be that person that is eating the same old darn thing every day. Although, I could easily live on soup (or ice cream, but that’s not Whole30 compliant) for all my meals for a week. I’ve done it before, and I can do it again.

We’ve done a few Whole30’s in the past and have had really good luck doing them. You can read my husbands story here, and how he put hasn’t had any Ulcerative Colitis flares in 4 years thanks to changing our diet. Food truly is an amazing thing.

Thankfully there are so many great Whole30 recipes out there, and thanks to some healthy convenience foods (thank you pre-made cauliflower rice) it doesn’t have to be as hard. Still hard, but not sooo bad.

So, here are 20 Whole30 recipes. Some of them need to be modified slightly to be Whole30 approved, so check the notes.

Tips For Making Whole30 Recipes

  • Make food in bulk as much as possible so you can eat leftovers. Make food once and be able to eat it at least twice.
  • Utilize healthy connivence foods like cauliflower rice, frozen veggies,
  • Meal prep as much as possible. Make a whole chicken (then use the chicken to make multiple meals), cut up veggies, put Whole30 lunches together at the beginning of the week.
  • Keep emergency snacks on hand, in the car, or in your purse just in case.
