Homemade Soap
This is a picture of my homemade goats milk soap that some people are giving away as gifts. Its to late to make a cold process soap since it take 2-4 weeks to dry but you can always find homemade soap at a farmers market or shop etsy.
Homemade candles
I used to love making candles (until I got a bird- long story). Its so easy and your really don’t need many ingredients. Here is a great tutorial to make natural beeswax candles. Soy is also a good choice. Try to stay away from paraffin wax.

Thanks for coming by! I’ve been to your blog quit a few times! Glad you liked the ideas!
I’d love to make soap. Thanks.
I love the idea of homemade soap! It is something that I want to try this year, but I am still a little nervous about it. I am thinking of making lotion bars for the mamas in my life, that should be a little easier 🙂
Soap really isn’t that hard to make! If I can do it you can do it! Lotion bars are a great step!
Great gift ideas!
