  • Ready in about 5 minutes
  • Sweet, creamy, and full of fresh berry flavor
  • Perfect on toast, pancakes, waffles, biscuits, and muffins

Ingredients

Blueberries, powdered sugar, and butter on a countertop.

Butter: Use softened unsalted butter so it blends smoothly with the blueberries. If you only have salted butter, simply omit any added salt.

Fresh Blueberries: Fresh blueberries give this butter its beautiful natural color and bright flavor. The fresher the berries, the better the finished butter will taste.

Powdered Sugar: Powdered sugar sweetens the butter while keeping it silky smooth. You can adjust the amount depending on how sweet you’d like it.
