Who else could use a relaxing foot soak? Heck, make it a day at the spa.

With all the craziness of the last few weeks, I would say we all could use some relaxation.

Plus, summer is coming, folks.

In Oregon, the sun has been out so much more than is typical for spring, leaving me desperate for one thing.

You know what it is? Birkenstock sandals. Because I live in Oregon and I’m a walking cliche.

You know what also looks real ugly right now after being covered up and ignored the past six months? My feet.

Maybe this is too much to share.

This simple foot soak is also great for sore feet. Not only does the warm water help everything feel better, but also, Epsom salts contain magnesium and can help soothe sore muscles including achy feet.
